Maree Lounge welcomes SHIO by The Loren, a new Nikkei pop-up dining experience that blends the precision of Japanese technique with the vibrant, layered flavors of Peru. The menu focuses on fresh and raw fish dishes featuring sushi, sashimi, ceviche and tiradito with a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
