We are thrilled to announce Love&Cookies as the next partner in its Cafe Collaboration Series at Cafe at The Loren. The Lakeway-based bakery, which just opened its first brick-and-mortar location on South Lamar Boulevard, is known for placing first in H-E-B’s Quest for Texas Best competition in 2022 and raising awareness about Kawasaki disease. For this collaboration, the cafe will offer two exclusive bakery items as well as other seasonal selections throughout the month.
For graduation season, Cafe at The Loren will serve Love&Cookies’ Mini UT Jenny Cakes made with their classic CharlieCash (Chocolate Chip) cookies and topped with buttercream, chocolate ganache and sprinkles. This smaller version of their signature cookie cupcake will only be available May 9-12.
On Mother’s Day and Memorial Day weekends, the cafe will also serve a mini version of their fan-favorite Brownie Cake, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. This product will only be available from May 9-12 and May 24-28.
Monthlong offerings include the Audrey, a lemon and lavender cookie topped with a lemon glaze, as a special selection for the spring season, and the Brookie, which combines the bakery’s traditional homemade brownie recipe with gourmet chocolate chip cookie dough.
