THE LOREN GROUP
The Loren Group is comprised of The Loren Hotel Group, Sardis Developments, and C12 Capital Management. To date, The Loren Group has opened two luxury hotels, one in Bermuda and the other in Austin, and has broken ground on a third in Turks & Caicos, set to open Summer of 2027.
We envisioned the Loren Group as providing very high-end luxury hotel and residential product with impeccable service, complemented by outstanding access to local culture and experiences. Once upon a time, this was just a statement of intent; now visit Austin or Bermuda and you can feel it.
We were also emphatic that the Loren Group would have a sister philanthropic undertaking. That took form as Roots Imperative (or Roots), which ensures the overall business is implementing green initiatives. These include large scale reforestation in the US which ensures the Loren Group and its guests give back more into the environment than they remove.
Loren Group is an undertaking both professional and vocational in nature.
